Questions people ask

Why does each person need their own e-mail for an online class?

Online classes run on GoTo Webinar. It sends each person their own join link and keeps track of how long each person was in the class. We use that record to report your DEQ credit hours.

If two people use the same e-mail address, GoTo sees one person, and only one of them gets credit.

Our office shares one e-mail. What do we do?

Tick We share one e-mail address on the registration form, type your office e-mail once, then each person's first and last name. The form gives each person their own address with their name after a plus sign, for example office+johnsmith@yourtown.org and office+maryjones@yourtown.org.

Everything still arrives in the office mailbox, and each join link e-mail starts with the person's name, so everyone clicks their own link and gets their own credit. Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365 all deliver these addresses. If your e-mail service does not, please use each person's own e-mail address.

Where do I find the link to join an online class?

Each person gets their join link by e-mail before the class. You can also sign in to your account to see a Join button for each person, starting a week before the class.

Can I pay by check?

Yes. Choose Check when you register. The next page shows where to mail it. Your registration is saved right away and marked paid when our office receives the check.

Paying by card online adds a small convenience fee. Checks and invoices do not.

How do I get the member price?

MRWS members pay less. The form checks for you using your e-mail, your PWS ID or your system's name, and shows Member price applied when it finds your membership.

Not a member yet? Join MRWS.

Can I sign up several people at once?

Yes. Fill in your own details once, then add each person who is coming with Add another person. Each person can have their own operator number.

Do I need an account or a password?

No password, ever. We make an account for you when you register, so you can see your trainings, join links and receipts. To get in, enter your e-mail and we send you a sign-in link and a 6-digit code.
