The County Water District of Billings Heights, Billings MT is seeking applicants for the Operations Manager position reporting to the General Manager. The Heights Water District provides water and maintains a distribution system for residents and business customers with over 6200 meters. The District is currently in the process of completing a new Capital Improvement Plan which is anticipated to include the replacement of one of the District’s Main transmission lines soon. Also, the District just issued an RFP for replacement of 20 year of old mechanical water meters with an AMI system with a preference for acoustic leak detection.
