This 2-hour class identifies the importance of SOP’s (Emergency Response Plans, Emergency Action Plans) and proper steps to take to minimize mistakes and the important information decision makers need to have. Along with who needs to be notified and guiding your systems thru boil orders. We will also explain the differences between a Boil Water Advisory, a Boil Water Order and a Do Not Drink Order.
