9am – 12pm – Emerging Contaminants: This three-hour presentation will provide attendees with an understanding the current unregulated contaminants, and how they are affecting our everyday lives. Possible future regulation, and how it might affect systems.

12pm – 1pm – Lunch on your own (Bring your lunch and we could shorten our day!)

1pm – 2pm – Water Loss: Are you losing money on your water?

2pm – 3pm – Emergency Response Plans: Presentation and example of ERPs. (Possible new requirement by USDA/RD for loans and grants)

3pm – 4pm – Communications: Get the word out to your consumers about your water!
