Our circuit riders provide on-site technical assistance to rural systems of 10,000 population or less. Circuit riders can provide support for utility management, finance, operation and maintenance, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, disaster response, energy efficiency, and loan/grant applications.

Our wastewater technicians provide on-site technical assistance to rural systems of 10,000 population or less. Wastewater Technicians provide assistance in all areas of operations, maintenance, management, security, finances, loan application, health, and environmental
issues. Our wastewater techs also provide formal training for wastewater operators. 

Our source water protection specialists work with utilities, local businesses, agriculture, government, and other small groups to develop and implement a plan to protect their drinking water source. By helping to identify, control, limit nonpoint source of pollution, our source water specialists work to secure public health.
