Active Shooter & Workplace Violence Response Training
Our goal is to educate your operators, support staff, and administrators on the proper response to active shooters,
active threats, or intruder incidents in your facility and provide them with the tactics necessary to protect
themselves and their coworkers. MT Operators will receive 2.0 credit hours upon completion of this training.
● Provide a 2-hour active shooter response training to all operators, support staff, and administrators.

○ In-service training at your facility in a classroom or auditorium setting using PowerPoint and FEMA
guidelines for active school shooter training, including:
■ Run, hide, and fight.
■ Know and report signs and clues for potentially violent behavior.
■ Maintain situational awareness.
■ See something, say something.
■ Before you run, know the exits.
■ Find a place to hide.
■ Learn first aid skills so you can help others.
■ Help law enforcement.
■ Lockdown vs Shelter in Place
■ How to respond when an active shooter is in your vicinity
■ How to respond when Law Enforcement arrives
■ Conduct common sense Personal Safety & Awareness workplace training.
