The City of Red Lodge is seeking a full-time Water/Wastewater Operator to perform duties related to the position description for the Public Works Department.
Individuals shall have the following knowledge, skills and abilities.
· High school diploma.
· Valid state of Montana driver’s license.
· Ability to perform manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
· Be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
· General knowledge about working with municipal water and wastewater systems preferred.
· Ability to begin studying to obtain required certifications and pass required testing, if not already certified.
· Must be willing to work weekends and be on call and live within 15 miles of the City Limits.
